Day 3693: Birthday Bonanza
I don’t normally celebrate my birthdays as I like to keep them low profile, besides I want to age gracefully without feeling any wiser.
This year, however, I got besotted by a four different celebrations for one birthday, Chicago Birthday, Ritual Birthday, Surprise Invitation Birthday and the Team Birthday - all equally memorable!
Well when I receive such attention and love, I would definitely say, ‘Age is just a number; fun is eternal!’

Day 3687: Jet lagged zombie
1. London - 2. Chicago - 3. San Fransisco - 4. San Diego - 5. Mexico - 6. Chicago - 7. Cleveland, Ohio - 8. Chicago - 9. London
9 cities in last 14 days has been one of the most proud yet testing times of my life. It was with roller coaster of emotions; the highs of achievements and accomplishments mixed with lows of physical, mental and emotional fatigue.
The change in time zone was a major challenge; the first week was a breeze but the second week was driven just by sheer adrenaline.
It was a priceless experience to go to world’s best restaurants in the US, but not gonna lie, I missed my staple diet, Dal - Bhat (rice and dal).
I found everyone in the US super nice, but, amidst productive business engagements and absorbing experiences, I found it challenging to forge connections in a short period of time.
Well, 2 weeks trip comes to an end as I return home to London. I bid farewell to US with a mix of relief and gratitude. And there is a hope that the lessons learned in these 14 days will probably prepare me for future challenges.

I find reflections on the water incredibly mesmerising, light interacting with the surface of a calm body of water creating a mirror-like effect, displaying symmetry and beauty.
Harbor Island is a prominent waterfront neighborhood located in the heart of San Diego, California, a man-made peninsula situated in San Diego Bay.

Day 6381: Sunset Cliff
Sunsets everywhere is an amazing time. I am a great fan of Dusk where I settle all my battles and prepare to unwind. However, Sunsets in San Diego has a different vibe and enchanting experience, especially at the Sunset Cliff.
While the people gather to watch this picturesque and tranquil performance of nature, the sun gracefully goes down towards the horizon with the rhythmic sound of waves hitting the cliffs. This golden hour, to me, was one of the greatest performance the nature has to offer. I tamed my wild imaginations and quiten my always racing heart at this beautiful time where I felt the time had stopped.
Hundreds, if not thousands, people gather at the rugged cliffs of a beautiful costal area in Sunset Cliff to catch the stunning view of Pacific Ocean when the sun goes down. It’s a breathtaking view. And the a resounding round of applause from the audience to this greatest natural performance is definitely a perfect finishing touch.

Day 6380: Earthquake in nepal
A 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck Jajarkot and West Rukum districts in Nepal on November 4, 2023.
The death toll has reached 157, with over 375 people injured. The epicentre of the quake was in Jajarkot district, where 105 people died. 52 deaths have been reported in the adjoining district West Rukum.
May the almighty give all the power and patience to the affected people of Nepal.

Day 6379: San Fransisco
I landed here with minimum expectation - to work hard, but I ended up playing harder. A visit to 3 Nepalese Restaurants in 2 nights and an Uber delivery of MoMo and chowmein will be the highlight.
Most memorable will be an unexpectedly meeting the person I like, impromptu driving late night, in the city of San Francisco and a sneak peek of the golden gates on my way to the airport.
Buh-Bye San Fransisco!
